W&W Movers handles pianos, antiques, fine art and fragile heirlooms using custom crates, dedicated lifting equipment and clean vans kept in excellent condition. Every home removal carried out by W&W Movers is covered by two types of insurance, giving customers complete peace of mind throughout the moving process.

Goods in transit insurance protects your furniture, boxes and personal belongings during loading, transit and unloading, up to the limit of our policy. All goods are covered up to a total value of £25,000 per removal van, with a £250 excess per claim. Goods are covered only if they are professionally packed and prepared for transport by the W&W Movers team. For high‑value items, additional insurance can be arranged on request.

Public Liability insurance covers accidental damage to property – for example, walls, doorframes or staircases – that may occur during the removal, up to the limit of our policy. Our liability for damage to premises is capped at up to £75 per property.

If you have high‑value items (e.g. jewellery, antiques, fine art, electronics) or need coverage beyond these limits, please let us know when requesting your quote and we will advise you on the best options. We guarantee transparent terms with every booking.
